Talent Management Program Produces First Graduates

Students of the Talent Management Program held by us in collaboration with İzmir University of Economics (IUE) have graduated after working at our Company for a long time to gain experience.

Planned and conducted by our Human Resources Directorate, the Talent Management Program produced its first graduates. Implemented as a result of the collaboration with İzmir University of Economics (IUE), the Talent Management Program offered third- and fourth-year IUE students the opportunity to work at our Company to gain long-term and hands-on experience. The program was first implemented in İzmir as the pilot city, and candidates who started to work at our Company as part of this program were later employed in positions at the Head Office. What’s more is that the program participants can have the opportunity to work at our Company after graduation depending on their success and vacancies. Certificates of participation were given to students who successfully completed the program at our directorates in 2018 Fall - 2019 Spring term. We thank all the graduates of our program for their strong efforts.
